A Victorian villa with a Gothic doorway.

Sketch Nº 014, viewed in Lancashire.

A big rendered villa with bay windows stacked to the roof, a dormer on top and a pointed Gothic arch over the front door.

Split into flats years ago. The doorway is still the best thing about it.

Every building I view gets drawn, whether we end up buying it or not. I give the area and never the address.

If you own a block of three to fifteen flats in the North, tell me where it is. I’ll come back to you within one working day.
