Battlements by the sea.

Sketch Nº 015, viewed in Lancashire.

Two rendered blocks with castellated parapets and stacked bays, and a narrow red-brick tower squeezed in between.

Somebody wanted a castle on the seafront. They got one, in flats.

Every building I view gets drawn, whether we end up buying it or not. I give the area and never the address.

Could yours be the next page?

If you own a block of three to fifteen flats in the North, tell me where it is. I’ll come back to you within one working day.
