A stone terrace of flats.
Sketch Nº 003, viewed in Yorkshire.
From the road you’d take it for a row of stone cottages. It’s flats, and has been for years.
Small blocks like this get passed over because they don’t look like an investment. They’re some of my favourites to view.
Every building I view gets drawn, whether we end up buying it or not. I give the area and never the address.

If you own a block of three to fifteen flats in the North, tell me where it is. I’ll come back to you within one working day.
